More thoughts about what we eat and why we become what we eat
I was born in June 1959 and started my childhood with allergic eczema and stuttering. The stuttering developed to the extent that I was sent to a psychologist during my time in kindergarten, to find out if I was mentally sound. This was talked about openly in front of everyone, including myself and some of the other children, led by the institution's own special education teacher and head. I became a restless child with insecurity and poor ability to express myself. Throughout my childhood, I had repeated ear infections and was also diagnosed with chronic gastritis. The latter developed into digestion problems and reflux issues as well as chronic colitis.
