Life can be a Puzzle Life can truly be a challenge that resembles a puzzle with its many shaped and more or less colorful pieces. There is no doubt that puzzles keep our minds occupied when we face adversity in life. Working on puzzles can simply make us feel better, experience mastery, and become more optimistic about life. But a puzzle can also absolutely be a metaphor for us humans. It can be a challenge to control our emotions. However, to become whole, we must bring body, mind, and spirit into balance. For this, we need a positive mental attitude towards ourselves and life. No doctor or healthcare worker can give us this. We must choose to take hold of this part of our lives ourselves. Just like a puzzle piece has protrusions and indentations, we humans have strengths and weaknesses. You are what you eat Jean Anthelm Brillat – Savarin published a book shortly before his death in 1825. Here he said: "Dis-Moi ce que tu manges, Je te dirai ce que tu es". "Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you what you are."  This is where the above expression comes from. Few people eat only when they are hungry, or only what they need. But when we were newborns, we would cry when our stomachs were empty, and food was accompanied by a breast and mom's soothing voice. As we grew older, these three aspects - food, mother, and love - became separated. During childhood and adolescence, it was not always mom who cooked, mom did not always show love, and many times food could replace love. Additionally, mom could make you feel guilty because you did not like the food she had made; you could even be sent to bed without food for misbehaving. Music is an organized sequence of sound that must be analyzed by the ear and the brain. Listening to music is therefore a beneficial way for humans to learn to perceive sounds, and music also affects our well-being. The richer the music is in overtones, the more energy it provides. Music for violin is at the top of the list and can help everyone with concentration difficulties, feelings of stress, and, not least, burnout and low energy. Music and sound signals dominated by bass sounds and lacking overtones from natural instruments can be draining if we listen to them for a long time. The low-frequency sounds make us feel the need to move as compensation for the depletion and to inject energy into the brain. Research has shown that extreme use of bass sound, and even worse, so-called infrasound, can create experiences in humans in the form of depression, anxiety, grief, and even physical chills. It can be a challenge to control our emotions. However, to become whole, we need to bring body, mind, and spirit into balance. For this, we need a positive mental attitude towards ourselves and life. No doctor or health worker can provide this for us. We must choose to take charge of this part of our lives ourselves. How often do we not trust other people's opinions and incorporate them into our own world view? What about the beliefs we have been imposed by our parents such as "Do not trust strangers" or "You will always be deceived by those you do not know" and last but not least "Do not think you are anything." These beliefs, at best, give us a sense that we live in a dangerous world, but worse, they evoke feelings of anxiety. We find it difficult to question our beliefs and the emotions these thoughts invoke. If we desire a joyful life, we must THINK HAPPY THOUGHTS, which is also what positive manifestation is about.
